When you walk through the door, our fresh prime meats, poultry, lamb, and house-made sausages are chopped, carved, and ready to go! And although we are primarily a butcher shop, we also serve quality sandwiches.

Our Sandwiches
When it comes to sandwiches, we know that the best ones are made from the finest cuts of meat with a skilled sandwich specialist putting it all together. All of our sandwiches are made using top quality products by our experienced sandwich chef, Chef Carmelo, who makes sure each sandwich is given generous portions of meat. After eating one of his gourmet sandwiches, you will feel full like at the end of a Sunday dinner with the family.

Old Greenwich residents do not need to travel far to find the best gourmet sandwiches in the state. For our roast-beef lovers, check out our Hot Italian Beef, The French Beef, or The American sandwich all served on sweet ciabatta bread. If you are taking a walk on the lighter side, enjoy our chicken salad sandwich made from homemade basil chicken salad, mashed avocado, arugula, and tomato all served on a baguette.
For our turkey-lovers, try our recently renamed sandwich, the Ukrainian Resistance. This delicious and symbolic sandwich features house-roasted turkey, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing on ciabatta bread.
If you aren’t in the mood for bird, check out our beefier options! Pastrami is a rich cut of meat with a complex and distinct flavor that can be enjoyed in our gourmet pastrami sandwich, which is layered with swiss cheese, sauerkraut, Dusseldorf mustard, pressed hot and melty on ciabatta bread.

Want the sandwich without the bread? Try out our chef’s salad made with pinwheels of turkey, ham, and provolone atop crisp iceberg lettuce, drizzled with Italian vinaigrette.
